According to independent estimate, many new Engineering /Product/ Service companies are setting up their units and R&D centers in India and the challenges these companies face is finding the right kind of talent. Further, the available talent is limited, as a majority of them has only theoretical knowledge and lack in practical exposure. Our program is aimed to meet the demand for skilled Engineers. Target Audience
Those aspiring to make their career in Mechanical Engineering / Allied discipline, with zeal to learn, explore and implement technologies. Candidates with good academic records in Engineering or Post Graduation are preferred.

Course Outline
� Engineering Service: Nature of work orders, Workflow in Overseas assignments, Understanding and Execution principles.
� Product Design: Basics of Product Design, Concept of PLM and its components, Constraints and boundaries, selection of components, materials, machines etc.
� Manufacturing domain: Fundamental knowledge of Fasteners, various industry practices of Welding, Moldings, and Plastic capabilities. Materials availability, conversion and finishing methods.
� Must need skillets: Reading and understanding of a drawing, preparation of part drawing/ assembly drawing on par with various standards, modeling and drafting practices in CAD tools.
Course Duration: 100 Hours of Class Room and Project Training
