Our contract staffing service helps our clients quickly ramp up project teams with as few or many qualified professionals as are required to fill short-term and long-term needs. While our Accounts-in-Charge works collaboratively with our clients to understand their staffing needs, Clients will be billed on monthly basis for the Contract Employee services.
Contract-to-Hire Employment
Our Contract-to-Hire program enables our clients to fill a full-time position after an on-the-job performance evaluation. Selecting this service option provides the opportunity for a client to assess an employee’s performance and suitability to a position and the organization prior to making a hiring commitment.
Contract-to-Hire services benefit both a client and the temporary employee who is seeking long-term employment. The process for candidate interviews, screening and recruitment is similar to that for a temporary employee, however the candidate will have different long-term goals and interest and involvement in the company.
Our strategy for facilitating the transition from Contract Resource to Hired Resource is to focus on an employee’s personal development.
In this service, employee will be on our payroll and can be hired by client only after 6 months of contract employment.
In this program, clients will be billed monthly for employee services and after 6 months tenure, if the client is willing to hire that employee on permanent basis, one time placement charges apply to relieve particular profile from our payroll.
